We are pleased to introduce a new, user-friendly in-app claims service designed to streamline the process of resolving any transaction-related issues when shopping with your WeShop app.
In the rare event that a purchase has not appeared in your dashboard, we encourage you to use our new in-app claims process. This process is specifically designed to collect all the necessary information required by our Claims team to investigate your issue thoroughly and coordinate with the retailer to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
