What is Soccer Aid for UNICEF?
Created by Robbie Williams in 2006, Soccer Aid for UNICEF is the world’s biggest celebrity football match, raising money to help UNICEF’s work for children worldwide. Once a year, England take on their opponents, the Soccer Aid World XI FC. Supported by passionate fans in an iconic stadium and broadcast live on ITV and STV, the event harnesses the power of football to help make sure that children can have the best possible start in life.

Supporting children around the world
The money raised from this year’s game could help UNICEF fight malnutrition, keep children safe in times of crisis, and get them back to school. It could also help provide vaccines against preventable diseases such as polio, so all children can grow up happy, healthy and able to play. Together we’re protecting play for every child.
